We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
Processing Time
Because our closet modules are custom-made:
- Standard modules: 5-7 business days processing
- Custom-sized modules: 7-14 business days processing
- Large orders (5+ modules): 10-21 business days processing
Processing time begins after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery address
- Shipping method selected
Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Instructions
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Inspect packages for damage before signing
- If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos
- Report any damage within 48 hours
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available:
- The carrier will leave a notice
- Redelivery will be attempted
- After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
